Mercedes-Benz India has given some extra love to the GLC and C-Class. These 2024 models come with significant enhancements in powertrain, comfort, convenience, technology, and safety.
The 2024 Mercedes-Benz C-Class range is now available in three variants: C 200 petrol, C 220d diesel, and the top-tier C 300 AMG Line petrol.
The C 300 AMG Line replaces the C 300d, featuring a petrol engine, a new exterior design and a new interior styling called Night Package, Burmester 3D surround sound, digital lights, keyless-go comfort package, augmented reality navigation, and blind spot assist. Additionally, the C 300 introduces new colour options: Sodalite Blue and Manufaktur Patagonia Red.
The new M254 petrol engine is exclusive to C 300 AMG line; a 2.0-litre petrol engine with 254 bhp and 40.78 kgm of torque, paired to a 9-speed automatic transmission. This is slightly lesser than the diesel it replaces, with 261 bhp and 55 kgm of torque, and it also reaches 100 kph in 6 seconds, which is just 0.3 seconds slower. However, for a family car, these numbers are impressive!
The interiors of the C-Class have received a design revamp, now featuring a redesigned centre console with a metal structure. There are fast-charging USB ports and the ‘Night package’ gives the cabin a dark aesthetic.
The C 200 and C 220d variants also feature significant updates, such as climatized front seats, a 360-degree camera, fast-charging USB-C ports that can support 100W fast charging, digital key handover, and adaptive high beam assist. The new Sodalite Blue colour replaces the previous Cavansite Blue in these models.
The 2024 GLC including the 300 4MATIC and 220d 4MATIC benefits this time around. With new features including climatised seats for the driver and front passenger and the inclusion of side-airbags for better passenger safety in the event of side impact collision. This brings the total number of available bags to nine in the GLC.

The new 2024 GLC 300 4MATIC is available at Rs. 75.90 Lakh and the GLC 220d 4MATIC can be had for Rs. 76.90 lakh.
The 2024 C-Class range begins with the C 200 at Rs. 61.85 lakhs, the 2024 C 220d at Rs. 62.85 lakhs and the New C 300 AMG Line at Rs. 69 lakh
