In addition to the updated Ford Ka+ (Figo in India), the company has readied a Ka-based crossover for the European market. It’s called the Ford Ka+ Active, and is the same vehicle as the Ford Figo Freestyle that was showcased in India recently.
Engine options are market-dependent and for the UK, the Ka+ and Ka+ Active will be available with a new 1.2-litre three-cylinder petrol engine and the existing 1.5-litre four-cylinder diesel unit. These two are the same units as seen on the Indian version, although the diesel produces slightly more power in the current iteration for the Indian market.

The list of crossover bits on the Ka+ Active includes cladding for the wheel-arch, new roof rails, black finish for the front grille, unique 15-inch alloys, a 23 mm increase in ground clearance, and a new Canyon Ridge colour choice.
The new Ka+ gets the new SYNC 3 connectivity suite, rain-sensing wipers, automatic headlamps, etc. Prices for the Ka+ twins start at £10,795 in the UK, and the cars will arrive in the dealerships this summer. Ford India is yet to announce when the Figo facelift will come to the Indian market.
