The Maruti Suzuki Fronx becomes India’s fastest passenger car to clock a sales of 1 lakh units. Beating its elder sibling – the Grand Vitara, in this aspect, it has achieved this milestone in just 10 months.

The Fronx comes with two petrol engine options, including the 1.0-litre Boosterjet turbo-petrol. There’s, of course, a CNG offering in Maruti‘s portfolio too. There are three transmissions on offer as well – a manual and two automatic ones. The automatic variants have contributed a handsome 24% to this sales figure.
