Reise has expanded its riding gear portfolio with the launch of the new Traverse Adventure Touring All-Terrain Suit, designed for riders seeking enhanced protection, comfort and durability on long-distance adventures. The riding ensemble comprises the Traverse jacket and Traverse pants, both engineered to tackle changing terrain and unpredictable weather. The Traverse Jacket is priced at Rs 21,999, while the Traverse Pants cost Rs 14,999, taking the combined price of the complete riding suit to Rs 36,998.
Built around a protection-first philosophy, the Traverse Suit combines heavy-duty ripstop textiles with abrasion-resistant reinforcements. Invista Cordura panels are positioned on high-impact areas such as the shoulders, elbows and hips, while DuraTek Superfabric Shield with Kevlar-infused yarn reinforces the jacket’s elbows and the pants’ knees. Reinforced safety stitching and anti-tear mesh further improve durability.
The jacket and pants are connected by a 360-degree zipper and feature D3O Level 2 protectors for the shoulders, elbows, chest, back, knees and hips. Riders can also opt for a SAS-TEC tailbone protector on the pants.
For improved comfort across varying climates, Reise has equipped the suit with its AirMorph Ventilation System, featuring multiple intake and exhaust vents, while Cordura stretch panels, adjustable fit points and touring suspenders enhance mobility. The jacket also includes multiple storage compartments and reflective detailing.
