Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. has unveiled the XUV400 Pro Range, marking an update to their only EV. With a focus on providing consumers with a diverse and compelling choice, the Pro Range introduces two variants – EC Pro and EL Pro, each designed to cater to distinct preferences in the electric SUV segment.

The XUV400 Pro Range aims to meet a spectrum of consumer needs with its three variants:
- EC Pro: This variant features a 34.5 kWh battery accompanied by a 3.3 kW AC charger.
- EL Pro: Offering an upgraded 7.2 kW AC charger, the EL Pro comes with a 34.5 kWh battery.
- EL Pro: For those seeking an extended driving range, the EL Pro variant is equipped with a larger 39.4 kWh battery and a 7.2 kW AC charger.
With a redesigned interior, the XUV400 Pro range introduces a 26.04 cm infotainment system and a digital instrument cluster. The dual-tone interiors provide a harmonious blend of modern aesthetics and functional comfort, creating an inviting space for passengers.
The heart of the XUV400 Pro range is the Adrenox connected car system, boasting over 50+ features that enhance both the driving and ownership experience. Technological features include dual-zone automatic temperature control, rear AC vents, and a wireless charger, offering a seamless and convenient journey for occupants.
To stay abreast of evolving consumer preferences, the XUV400 Pro range will receive wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay features through over-the-air firmware updates in the coming months. These updates, coupled with Alexa compatibility, aim to provide users with an enhanced and user-friendly driving experience.
In terms of design, the XUV400 Pro range introduces the Nebula Blue color option and a sleek Shark Fin Antenna, adding a touch of style to the exterior. The design elements contribute to the overall aesthetic appeal of the all-electric SUV.

Mahindra aims to make the XUV400 Pro range accessible to a broader audience by introducing an introductory pricing strategy. Starting at INR 15.49 Lakh, this special pricing will be applicable to deliveries made until May 31, 2024, offering an attractive proposition for early adopters.
Prospective buyers can book the XUV400 Pro range starting January 12, 2024, from 2:00 PM, with an initial booking amount of INR 21,000/-. Deliveries are scheduled to commence on February 01, 2024.
The XUV400 Pro range signifies Mahindra’s strategic move into the expanding realm of electric mobility. It will lock horns with the Tata Nexon EV and MG ZS EV in the realm of EVs.
