Volkswagen India has announced that it will offer service support to the customers in Odisha affected by Cyclone Fani. Free road-side assistance is provided, with the help of which customers will be able to send their cars to the nearest VW dealer. In addition, the company maintains that affected vehicles will also be ‘supported with benefits on the service repair invoice’. Which in simpler words means further help is extended to affected customers in the form of discounts on repair costs. The service, handled by VW’s partner in the state, Bharat Group, can be availed by contacting Road-side assistance on 1800-102-1155 or 1800-419-1155.
