Ferrari recently unveiled the convertible version of the SF90 Stradale. The SF90 Spider is Ferrari’s first-ever production plug-in hybrid convertible. It comes with the brand’s ‘Retractable Hard Top’ architecture which first debuted back in 2011.
The aforementioned hardtop takes just 14 seconds to operate and adds roughly 100 kilograms weight, over the standard SF90. Under the hood rests the mighty 4.0-litre, twin-turbo V8 engine working in tandem with three electric motors. The end result is a mind-numbing 986 bhp and 91.7 kgm of torque.
The gearbox in charge of handling that mass of power is an 8-speed automatic unit. The SF90 Spider tops out at 340 km/hr and can do the 0-100 km/hr sprint in just 2.5 seconds. Also, did we mention that this is AWD too? Wig bearers, beware.
