With affordable rental rates, Ola might be synonymous to inexpensive intra-city travel, but with a new partnership with BMW, it will cater to luxury car rental market as well. BMW cars will soon be available under Ola’s ‘Lux’ category, with both per km and hourly rental schemes.
Under the partnership, BMW will offer its cars to Ola operators with, as the company mentions, ‘an extremely attractive offer,’ along with post-sales service schemes, 100 per cent vehicle finance, and also BMW Driver Training programme. And not just that, the operators will be given an assured buy-back for the car once the contract is completed.
Rental BMWs will be available in three cities, to start with: Bengaluru, Delhi, and Mumbai. The per km charges include a base price of Rs 250, and Rs 20-22 per km afterwards. All Ola Lux vehicles offer features like Wi-Fi, SOS buttons, and live tracking.
