Maserati’s prepped its 2022 lineup by adding three fresh trims to Ghibli, Quattroporte and Levante. Dubbed GT, Modena and Trofeo, these trims will also feature Maserati’s new Trident logo.

In the GT trim, the Maseratis get a good dose of chrome in the form of chrome inserts, 18- and 19-inch wheels, and leather seats specific to each vehicle. For instance, the leather seats on the Ghibli GT get the Dark Mirror trim, a radica trim for the Quattroporte GT and a Black Piano trim for the Levante GT. Under the hood, most Ghibli GT and Levante GT have the 325-bhp four-cylinder mild hybrid unit, but in the US, it is only available with a 345-bhp V6 as seen on the Quattroporte GT.

For the Modena trim, there’s a good mix of sporty bits. You can find Black Piano inserts inside and out, 20-inch wheels, Nerissimo Pack and red brake callipers. Both the Ghibli and Levante’s Modena trim are available in 345-bhp V6. In addition to that, there’s a 424-bhp Modena S spec version which is also available. However, in the US, all the Masers with the Modena spec get the 424-bhp V6. As for the Modena S spec, there’s a meatier 542-bhp V8.

The Trofeo spec goes all out on the performance side of things. It has a 572-bhp twin turbo engine and to add to its character, it features carbon-fibre trims, 21-inch alloy wheels with red brake callipers and sports seats stitched in full-grain ‘Pieno Fiore’ natural leather.

The new Trident logo was first seen on the MC20, and now it makes its way on all the trim levels. It is featured on the hood and the C pillar along with updated rear lettering. Plus, you can find these trim badges above the side air ducts.
