Kia India has announced the launch of the Sonet X-Line smart urban compact SUV. The special edition is available in petrol and diesel versions starting at Rs 13.39 lakh (ex-showroom). The X-Line gets a host of cosmetic updates, including a gloss black radiator grille, piano black front and rear skid plates and piano black ORVMs. It features a first-in-segment Xclusive Matte Graphite exterior colour. The SUV also gets new 16-inch dual-tone alloy wheels with silver brake callipers. On the inside, the X-Line comes with sports seats wrapped in Xclusive Splendid Sage dual-tone leatherette upholstery with orange stitching and X-Line logos. It further features a leatherette-wrapped flat-bottom steering and a black headliner.

The Kia Sonet goes up against the likes of Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Nissan Magnite, Renault Kiger, as well as the Toyota Urban Cruiser in India.
