Audi has brought back the S5 Sportback to test its competitors in the sporty luxury sedan segment. In this updated version, the S5 has quite a few cosmetic changes. It gets revised front and rear bumpers, a new single-frame grille, new Matrix LED headlamps along with LED DRLs and new tail lamps as well. It even offers gorgeous looking 19-inch alloy wheels and has as many as eight colour options to choose from.

Under the hood is where all the fun lies. It sports a 3.0-litre V6 turbo petrol engine that produces 349 bhp and 50.99 kgm of torque, paired to an 8-speed automatic gearbox and Quattro all-wheel drive. Boasting a 0-100 kph sprint time of 4.8 seconds and a top speed of 250 kph, it’s safe to say that this coupe is extremely fast.

Inside, there isn’t anything that has changed, except for the huge 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment display. The S5 also gets an updated 12.3-inch Virtual Cockpit digital instrument cluster along with an optional head-up display. On the features front, there’s Alcantara-leather upholstery, a panoramic sunroof, ambient lighting, 3-zone climate control and a 19-speaker Bang & Olufsen audio system. As far as prices are concerned, the S5 Sportback comes with a price tag of Rs 79.06 lakh, ex-showroom.
