Citroen has just updated the C3 Aircross for the European market, and while it looks rather different from the car sold here, both models share the same platform. The 2024 C3 Aircross will be offered in ICE, hybrid, and EV guises in Europe. While we do know that an all-electric eC3 Aircross is being tested for us, it is likely to feature a different powertrain and battery altogether.
In terms of design changes, the nose is entirely new, replacing the dual Chevron grille with an updated version of it, along with a new grille and front bumper. The headlights are different, and with the DRLs turned on, they appear to be C-shaped. The profile has also been tweaked, but it still bears a mild resemblance to the India-spec C3 Aircross. This model gets pull-type door handles rather than the flap ones we get here. At the rear, the updated Chevron logo makes another appearance, along with tweaked tail lights and a new rear bumper.
Citroen says it will be making further announcements in the coming months. Whether or not it arrives here remains to be seen for now. However, Citroen is currently gearing up for the launch of the upcoming Basalt SUV-coupe, which is also set to take place later this year.
