Tata Motors has launched the new Curvv Series X in India, priced from Rs. 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom). Completely replacing the standard coupe-SUV lineup, this refreshed range aims to deliver what Tata calls an ‘Xtra’ value proposition to prospective buyers.
The Curvv Series X is spread across six broad variants: Smart X, Pure X, Pure X+, Creative X+, Accomplished X, and Accomplished X+. Exterior paint options include Pristine White, Pure Grey, Nitro Crimson, Opera Blue, and an Obsidian Black shade exclusive to the Dark Edition. While changes are primarily focused on the entry-level Smart X and top-tier Accomplished trims, feature upgrades run throughout the lineup.

Even mid-tier variants arrive richly equipped. The Pure X trim packs a 10.25-inch infotainment screen with wireless smartphone pairing, automatic climate control, cruise control, six airbags, all-LED lighting, flush door handles, and 17-inch wheels. Moving up to Pure X+ adds a Lalitpur Grey cabin theme, diamond-cut alloys, rear AC vents, and optional ‘Plushlux’ Benecke-Kaliko Oyster White leatherette upholstery. The Creative X+ variant goes further with 18-inch wheels, a panoramic sunroof, a 360-degree camera, dual 10.25-inch displays, reclining rear seats, and rain-sensing wipers.
Significantly, Tata has re-engineered second-row comfort based on user feedback. The rear bench has been repositioned 20mm backward and 10mm lower, while the front seats adopt 10mm slimmer shell-foam backs, liberating crucial knee room and headroom beneath the sloping roofline.

Under the skin, the mechanical package remains familiar. The Curvv Series X continues with three engine options: a 1.2-litre Revotron turbo-petrol, a 1.2-litre Hyperion T-GDi petrol, and a 1.5-litre Kryojet diesel. Gearbox choices comprise a six-speed manual and a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic (DCA), ensuring the stylish coupe-SUV retains comprehensive mechanical breadth alongside its upgraded cabin experience.
