Samsung has announced a new financing initiative aimed at making its latest foldable smartphones more accessible to Indian consumers. The company is now offering 30-month no-cost EMI plans on the recently launched Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, Galaxy Z Fold8, and Galaxy Z Flip8, allowing customers to spread the cost of ownership over a longer period without paying additional interest. With zero down payment and lower monthly installments, Samsung hopes to bring its premium foldable technology within reach of a broader audience.
The move comes as foldable smartphones continue to gain popularity, with Samsung maintaining its position as one of the leading players in the segment. The company says the new financing program is designed to reduce the monthly ownership burden while enabling more consumers to experience its latest foldable innovations powered by Galaxy AI.

Under the new scheme, the flagship Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra can be purchased for a monthly installment of just Rs. 6,667. Samsung highlights that this figure is approximately 9 percent lower than the monthly EMI required for the previous-generation Galaxy Z Fold7, making the newest flagship more affordable despite its premium positioning. The Galaxy Z Fold8 is available at a monthly installment of Rs. 6,000, while the more compact Galaxy Z Flip8 can be owned for as little as Rs. 4,167 per month.
The latest Galaxy Z series represents Samsung’s most advanced foldable lineup to date. Built on seven generations of foldable smartphone development, the new devices feature improvements across durability, hinge design, display technology, performance, and software integration. Samsung has also placed a strong emphasis on Galaxy AI, bringing a range of artificial intelligence-powered features designed to improve productivity, creativity, and everyday usability.

According to Samsung, the introduction of longer-tenure financing options is intended to complement these technological advancements by making ownership easier and more affordable. The company believes that reducing monthly costs can help accelerate the adoption of foldable smartphones among consumers who may have previously considered them out of reach.
The 30-month no-cost EMI plans are being offered through multiple financial partners, including Samsung Finance+ powered by DMI Finance, TVS Credit, IDFC FIRST Bank, and Poonawalla Fincorp. This gives customers a variety of financing options depending on their eligibility and preferred lender.
