Indian riding gear manufacturer Rynox has introduced the new Outlander Pro Jacket and Pants, a purpose-built dual-sport adventure riding ensemble designed to suit the wide range of riding conditions Indian motorcyclists encounter. The biggest highlight is that both garments are fully Class AA CE-certified, meaning the certification applies to the entire garment rather than just the impact protectors.

The Outlander Pro set meets the CE Standard EN 17092-3:2020, a globally recognised safety benchmark for motorcycle apparel. This certification evaluates not just impact protection but also abrasion resistance, seam strength, tear resistance, and overall structural integrity. In simple terms, riders get a high level of crash protection across the entire jacket and pants, rather than only at select armour zones.

Beyond safety, the gear has been engineered to adapt to India’s unpredictable riding conditions — from scorching highway rides to cooler mountain trails. The garments use the company’s ‘Adaptive Motion Technology’, which combines 4-way stretch nylon and polyester panels to improve flexibility and airflow while reducing fatigue during long hours in the saddle. Strategically placed ventilation panels further help keep riders comfortable in warmer climates, making the gear particularly suitable for India’s generally hot weather.

Protection comes from CE Level 2 armour at the shoulders, elbows, back and chest on the jacket, while the pants receive Level 2 protection at the knees and hips.

The Outlander Pro range is priced at ₹12,950 for the jacket and ₹10,950 for the pants, positioning it as a relatively accessible entry point into high-certification adventure riding gear.

With its combination of AA-level safety, stretch-based comfort and pricing under the premium European gear bracket, the Outlander Pro aims to offer Indian adventure riders serious protection without sacrificing everyday usability.
