What is it?
It is the new flagship phone of the Chinese company that packs jaw-dropping hardware.

Why is it cool?
A 1-inch Sony 50-megapixel main camera, 50-megapixel ultra-wideangle camera and a 200-pixel telephoto sensor with CIPA 4.5 stabilisation, a 1/1.4-inch ISOCELL HP9 sensor, co-developed with Samsung are the highlights of this phone. And yes, there’s 20X zoom to brag about, too. A glance at the back of the phone and the big camera panel with Zeiss branding shows that the phone means serious business.
But if that isn’t enough, the X100 Ultra is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. Vivo has used a 6.78-inch 2K LTPO AMOLED screen with 120 Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 3000 nits. Also, with a big 5500 mAh battery, heavy usage shouldn’t be an issue.

Is it expensive?
At ¥ 6499 or Rs 74000 for the 12 GB + 256 GB RAM, ¥ 7299 (Rs 84,000) for the 16GB + 512GB and ¥ 7,999 (Rs 92,000) for the top 16 GB + 1 TB model, it is expensive compared to what we have seen from Vivo so far, but seems a good deal for what it has to offer.
