The Volkswagen Virtus has been on sale in India for the past four years, and its facelift is just around the corner. However, before that arrives, the Virtus gets a new Anniversary Edition that’s limited to 150 units and is priced at Rs 19.20 lakh (ex-showroom, India).
The new Anniversary Edition is solely available with the 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine and the 7-speed dual-clutch automatic, which churns out 148 bhp and 250 Nm. Additionally, it’s also only available with the new Avocado Pearl exterior paint, which debuted with the facelifted Taigun. It also gets a blacked-out roof and blacked-out wheels, as it is only available with the GT Plus Sport variant.
Furthemore, customers can also get accessories like a 360-degree camera, front parking sensors, and puddle lamps from the dealership. Interestingly, these accessories are also available for the Taigun.
Other features of the Virtus Anniversary Edition include an 8-inch virtual cluster, a 10.1-inch infotainment touchscreen, a single-pane sunroof, auto headlamps and wipers, and more.
