Getting your Skoda car to the workshop for its scheduled service or unforseen repairs? Skoda might just have made your life easier with its new digital tool called Service CAM.
Service CAM is a digital tool through which, the person in-charge for servicing your car can send you video documentation of any unforseen defects observed while servicing the car. You’ll get an SMS or an e-mail consisting of the video link along with the cost of aforementioned repairs. You can then choose whether to go ahead with the repairs or not.
The tool is active across all Skoda Auto India dealerships and has been introduced to make customer-dealing more transparent and enhance the after-sales experience.
