Maruti Suzuki concludes the inaugural season of the ‘Rock N’ Road 4X4 Masters’ Championship.
Launched in January 2024, the inaugural season of the ‘Rock N’ Road 4X4 Masters’ Championship attracted off-roading enthusiasts from across the nation. Participants from 8 cities – Delhi, Chandigarh, Shillong, Hyderabad, Vagamon, Bengaluru, Mumbai/Pune, and Goa.
The championship comprised two phases – qualifiers held across 8 cities, followed by a grand finale in Goa. Participants had the opportunity to test their skills across various challenges, including ascents, descents, and undulations across diverse off-road terrain. The top two participants from each city progressed to the finale, where they demonstrated their prowess over a curated track and showcased their potential in the Maruthi Suzuki Jimny.
The championship, which reached a thrilling finale in Goa, saw Mr Mihir Dharkar emerge as the champion from Mumbai. Accompanying him on the podium were Mr Shantanu Grover from Delhi and Mr Gurmeet Virdi from Chandigarh.
The winners were awarded the opportunity to witness the Rainforest Challenge in Malaysia.
