The Yamaha Aerox is quite possibly one of the most exciting scooters in the market today for many reasons, which you can find elsewhere on our website. This time, Yamaha decided to add some convenience, so it went ahead and launched a new variant called the Aerox Version S, prices for which begin from Rs 1.50 lakh onwards (ex-showroom).
The Yamaha Aerox Version S is equipped with a remote, which enables the vehicle finder function. Just press the buttons, and the scooter responds back by flashing its indicators. It now also gets a keyless ignition system, replacing the key slot with a knob entirely. Apart from this, the Aerox Version S offers traction control as standard.
There are no mechanical or design changes to the Aerox Version S. It is also available in just two paint schemes: racing blue, and silver. The Aerox S retains the 155 cc liquid-cooled mill, with 14.8 bhp and 1.4 kgm of torque. At Rs 1.50 lakh (ex-showroom), the Aerox S carries a premium of Rs 1,000 over the MotoGP Edition.
