Revolt Motors has expanded its electric motorcycle portfolio with the launch of the new RVX, priced at an introductory ₹1.24 lakh (ex-showroom, inclusive of applicable PM E-DRIVE incentives). The company says it is its most powerful electric motorcycle yet and will be available through its network of over 200 dealerships across India.

Powering the RVX is a 4 kW mid-drive permanent magnet synchronous motor that produces a peak output of 5.3 kW and up to 23.2 kgm of torque at the wheel. Revolt claims the motorcycle can sprint from 0-40 kph in 3.9 seconds and attain a top speed of 90 kph in the new Boost riding mode.

The RVX uses a removable 3.24 kWh NMC battery pack, which delivers a claimed IDC-certified range of 160 km on a single charge. With the optional fast charger, the battery can be replenished from 0-80 per cent in 80 minutes.

Suspension duties are handled by upside-down forks and a monoshock, while riders can choose from four riding modes — Boost, Sport, City and Eco. The motorcycle also features a 3.5-inch IP67-rated digital display with Bluetooth connectivity, OTA updates, geo-fencing, vehicle tracking, call and message alerts, hill-hold assist, reverse mode, walk assist and an immobiliser.

The RVX will be offered in Pearl Black, Electric Blue and Eclipse Red. Alongside the launch, Revolt also unveiled its new ‘India Karega Revolt’ campaign featuring brand ambassador Hardik Pandya.
