The Jawa 42 Bobber gets another new variant, called the Red Sheen, which now joins the Black Mirror Edition as the flagship variant in the 42 Bobber lineup. The Jawa 42 Bobber Red Sheen costs the same as the Black Mirror Edition, which is priced at Rs 2.29 lakh (ex-showroom), thereby making it the flagship model in the 42 Bobber lineup. It has also has been displayed at the AYCS (All You Can Street) festival in Mumbai.
So does the Jawa 42 Bobber Red Sheen Edition do things any differently? Well, it gets a chrome-finished fuel tank with red stripes on the lower part, along with diamond-cut alloy rims on tubeless tyres. The engine has been carried over from the Black Mirror Edition; the 334 cc liquid-cooled engine producing 29.9 bhp and 3.3 kgm of torque. It also gets the same six-speed transmission with an assist-and-slip clutch.
Other things on this motorcycle include a seven-step preload adjustable mono shock, a two-step adjustable seat, a USB charging port, a digital cluster and LED lighting.
