Hot on the heels of the debut of the Transalp 750, Honda has teased a new motorcycle on its social media. The teasers don’t reveal much, but the campaign has ‘BABT’ all over it. Now, this is unlikely to be the name of the bike, and possibly, could just be an acronym.

Though the teasers show mere glimpses of the bike, the brand has revealed that it will be based on the CB350 platform. Interestingly, the videos show some changes that Honda has done to the bike. For starters, the new bike features fork covers a la the Royal Enfield Classic 350.

The upcoming Honda BABT is unlikely to feature any mechanical changes, and would continue to use the same 348cc engine making 20.78 bhp and 3.05 kgm. While the standard bike weighs 181 kg, this one could weigh a few kilos more.

Considering the amount of teasers Honda has been pushing, we BABT could be launched in the coming week. The H’Ness CB350 is priced between Rs 2.09 lakh to Rs 2.16 lakh, and we expect the upcoming model to cost Rs 3,000 to Rs 4,000 more (all prices ex-showroom Delhi)
