Hero MotoCorp has launched the Xtreme 200S 4V in the Indian market, priced at Rs 1.41 lakh (ex-showroom). It is now powered by an updated OBD2 and E20-compliant engine with XSense technology.

In terms of the overall design, the Xtreme 200S 4V looks similar to the 2-valve variant. It has a dual-tone fairing with a wraparound headlamp up front, clip-on handlebars and a digital instrument console offering smartphone connectivity. The smartphone connectivity is enabled with Turn-by-Turn navigation along with Bluetooth for call and SMS alerts

The Xtreme 200S 4V is powered by a 200cc, single-cylinder engine which now features a 4-valve head. It develops 18.8 bhp and 1.76 kgm of peak torque and is paired with a 5-speed gearbox. This means that the 4-valve oil-cooled engine offers six per cent more power and five per cent of added torque.

The bike gets a conventional telescopic fork setup and a 7-step adjustable mono-shock at the rear. It rides on 17-inch alloy wheels and features disc brakes at both ends. The 2023 Xtreme 200S 4V is further available in three colourways, Moon Yellow, Panther Black Metallic, and Stealth Edition.
