Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has unveiled a new 10-model Made-in-India portfolio, introducing seven all-new products and three refreshed motorcycles as part of its strategy to strengthen its presence across multiple segments. The lineup spans internal combustion engine (ICE), electric and flex-fuel models, highlighting the company’s multi-pathway approach to mobility.
The new range includes the Honda ADV 160 adventure scooter, CB 500 heritage roadster, Rebel 300 and Rebel 500 cruisers, XR 300L dual-purpose motorcycle, XR 300 Rally adventure tourer and the QC3 electric scooter. Meanwhile, the CB350, CB350C and CB350RS have been updated with new colour options.
Honda says the expanded portfolio has been developed to meet the changing preferences of Indian buyers, who are increasingly looking beyond basic commuting and seeking motorcycles and scooters that cater to touring, adventure riding and lifestyle-oriented ownership. The company also emphasised that the products have been localised to strengthen its engineering, manufacturing and sourcing capabilities in India while making global Honda technologies more accessible to Indian customers.
Among the notable additions, the ADV 160 becomes India’s first scooter compatible with E85 fuel, while the QC3 electric scooter claims an IDC-certified range of 151 km from its 3 kWh battery pack. The Rebel 300 and Rebel 500 will also be offered with Honda’s E-Clutch technology, which automates clutch operation to make riding easier in stop-and-go traffic. Select other models in the portfolio will also receive the system.
Honda says the new lineup caters to a wide range of customers, from daily commuters and weekend riders to touring enthusiasts and off-road adventurers. The company will introduce the motorcycles and scooters in phases, with prices and launch timelines to be announced closer to their respective market debuts.
