Volkswagen India kicked off its annual festive campaign named Volksfest 2020 with the launch of the Red & White special edition variants of the Polo and Vento. These new variants are available only on the Polo Highline Plus AT and Vento Highline AT. The Red & White edition represents the duality of fun and class – red represents their fun-to-drive and sporty characteristics, while white is associated with sophistication. Depending on the model, these special edition variants are available in Flash Red, Sunset Red or Candy White.
Priced at Rs 9.19 lakh and Rs 11.49 lakh for the Polo and Vento, respectively, the Red & White editions come with some added kit but no extra cost to the customer. From the outside, VW has added body stripes, glossy black or white roof foil and colour-coordinated ORVM caps. Under the hood is VW’s 1.0-litre TSI petrol motor which produces 108 bhp and 17.85 kgm of torque. This engine comes mated to a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission.
As a part of Volksfest 2020, VW India will also provide offers for existing and potential customers through exchange and loyalty benefits, offer on service products, finance options and gifts on test drives and new purchases.
