Croatia’s electric hypercar powerhouse completed the ultimate acceleration-and-braking challenge in a mind-bending 25.79 seconds – a full 2.04 seconds quicker than the standard Nevera’s previous benchmark. This monumental achievement solidifies Rimac’s position at the forefront of hypercar innovation.
The Nevera R’s performance improvements are nothing short of extraordinary. It rockets from 0-100 kph in just 1.66 seconds, outpacing the standard Nevera’s already blistering 1.74-second time. The acceleration only becomes more impressive at higher speeds, with the R model hitting 100 kph in 1.72 seconds, 200 kph in 3.95 seconds, and 300 kph in a scarcely believable 7.89 seconds. Perhaps most astonishingly, the Nevera R established a new EV top speed record of 431.45 kph , demonstrating its dominance across the entire speed spectrum.
This record-breaking performance builds upon the original Nevera’s legacy, which famously set 23 records in a single day at Germany’s ATP facility in 2023.
