Mahindra & Mahindra has ramped up excitement for its upcoming concept SUVs with a fresh set of teasers, offering a closer look at the design language of its Vision series—including the Vision T, Vision S, Vision X, and Vision SX. The latest teaser focuses on the Vision X, revealing key styling elements before its full unveiling on August 15.
The new teaser highlights the SUV’s side profile, showcasing a layered front fascia with headlamps integrated into the bumper—a departure from conventional designs. The wheel arches feature rugged plastic cladding, hinting at an off-road-ready stance, while sleek alloy wheels suggest aerodynamic efficiency. Earlier teasers revealed a muscular bonnet with sharp creases, aligning with Mahindra’s XUV family design DNA. While full specifications remain under wraps, speculation suggests the Vision X could preview the electric XUV 7e.
All four concepts are expected to share Mahindra’s Freedom_NU platform, a flexible architecture supporting ICE, EV, and hybrid powertrains. Production will take place at the company’s Chakan plant in Pune, signaling Mahindra’s commitment to next-gen mobility. A composite teaser also previews the side silhouettes of all four models, emphasizing distinct yet cohesive styling.
Alongside these concepts, Mahindra is gearing up to launch updated versions of the XUV700, Bolero, and BE Rall-e, all spotted testing on Indian roads. These models will likely feature refreshed designs and enhanced tech, strengthening Mahindra’s portfolio in competitive segments.
With the Vision X’s debut just weeks away, the teasers suggest a bold, futuristic direction for Mahindra’s SUV lineup— It mixes a rugged appeal with modern aesthetics. The August 15 reveal will finally answer whether this concept will translate into a production reality.
