We were swayed by the all-new Jaguar I-Pace’s design when it first arrived at our doorstep. Now, Jaguar India is offering the I-Pace Black, which has a sportier look, featuring a Black Pack and a panoramic sunroof.

Now, the Black Pack has plenty of tastefully added bits like the gloss-painted grille, 19-inch alloy wheels, door mirror caps, side window surrounds, and rear badges. For its exterior paint, you can choose between different metallic paint options, too. Inside, it carries over the black theme with sports seats wrapped in Ebony leather along with a matching headliner. Of course, it comes with the usual tech features as seen on the standard I-Pace like the two PIVI Pro touchscreens: a 10-inch infotainment display and a 5.0-inch touchscreen display, and comes along with the Meridian sound system, among others.

Since this is just a cosmetic update, the mechanical bits on the Jaguar I-Pace remains unchanged. It has a 90 kWh Lithium-ion battery sending power to two electric motors for a combined output of 394 bhp and 70.97 kgm of torque. As far as the range is concerned, the I-Pace has a 480 km range. And using a 100 kW DC fast charger, it can charge from 0 to 80 per cent in 40 minutes. The same amount of charge from a 7-kW AC wall box will take about 10 hours. We’ve already driven the I-Pace, you can read about it here. If you’re keen on this special edition of the all-electric Jaguar I-Pace, then you can book one right away.
