This is the BMW Individual 740Li M Sport Edition. And it’s also the first time that a BMW Individual Edition car has been locally produced. Sporting two new metallic paint options, Nappa leather with customisable embroidery, M Sport exterior and a lot more. Priced at Rs 1.43 crore, ex-showroom, this 7 Series is going to be a limited edition model.

Now, as the name suggests, this 7 Series will cater to the individual’s needs. You can choose to spec the car’s exteriors in either Tanzanite Blue or Dravit Grey. It has two options for the huge 20-inch wheels as well.

In addition to the above features, this one gets the best of advanced technology like the adaptive LED headlights, front and rear active seat ventilation, the panoramic glass roof lit with LED light graphics, ambient lighting, soft close door function, among other features are standard. Besides this, at the rear, you get two 10.2-inch full HD touch displays with a Blu-ray player. And in the centre armrest, you’ll get a 7-inch tablet that comes with BMW Touch Command. Of course, you do get BMW’s Live Cockpit Professional along with its latest operating system that offers 3D navigation and gesture control. And wireless phone connectivity with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto in today’s era is a necessity.

Diving further into the luxurious bits, the interior is wrapped in Alcantara leather, along with fine-wood trim and wooden inlays. The ‘Individual’ signature badge embroidered beautifully on the headrests and backrest cushions should easily remind you that you’re seated inside a special 7 Series.

Talking about the engine, it has a 3.0-litre six-cylinder engine that produces 335 bhp and 45.88 kgm of torque, paired to an 8-speed auto gearbox. It does the 0-100-kph sprint in 5.6 seconds and with dynamic damper control, it can tackle our roads with ease. The adaptive 2-axle air suspension will help in raising its suspension to avoid large speed bumps.
