The Audi Q3 Sportback is a coupe SUV based on the basic Q3 that is currently available in India. It has a more contemporary look thanks to a steep coupe-like roofline. The teaser image shows the back of the car, complete with wraparound LED tail lights and a black Audi emblem.
The Q3 Sportback is 4518 mm long, 1843 mm wide, and 1558 mm tall. This makes it 36 mm longer, 6 mm slimmer, and 49 mm shorter than the Q3 SUV. Audi offers five paint colour options for the Sportback, including the Turbo Blue that you see in these photos.
The interior of the Sportback is likewise shared with the basic Q3. It has a 10.1-inch touchscreen entertainment system and a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster. It will also have a panoramic sunroof, power-adjustable front seats with lumbar support, a three-spoke steering wheel with paddle shifters, and heated ORVMs.
The Q3 Sportback uses the same 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine as the standard model. This engine produces 187 bhp and 32.63 kgm of torque and is combined with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and Audi’s Quattro all-wheel drive system. Audi says the Q3 Sportback can do the 0-100-kph sprint in 7.3 seconds. We’re still waiting to test the Sportback, so stay tuned for our review. If you like what you see, you can book the Q3 Sportback with a Rs 2 lakh deposit.
