Audi India has introduced a new comprehensive warranty and roadside assistance package, setting a new benchmark in the luxury car ownership experience. The offering includes a 10-year extended warranty and a 15-year roadside assistance (RSA) program, both available across the entire Audi lineup in India.
The extended warranty covers manufacturing defects for up to two lakh kilometres. It can be purchased in one- or two-year increments, aligned with the terms of the standard manufacturer warranty. Customers can opt for the extension at the time of vehicle purchase or at any time before the current warranty expires. Audi says this flexibility is designed to offer long-term protection without locking buyers into rigid timelines. The roadside assistance program also comes with flexible coverage options, with pricing ranging from ₹3,999 to ₹8,000, depending on the vehicle’s age and the selected validity period.
Audi’s RSA program now extends support for up to 15 years, offering 24/7 emergency assistance across India, including national highways, state roads, and most motorable routes.
The roadside assistance package includes a wide range of support services designed to provide peace of mind wherever you go. It covers emergency breakdown support with towing to the nearest authorised workshop, technical help for minor mechanical or electrical issues, and on-site fuel delivery of up to 10 litres (fuel cost to be borne by the customer). The program also includes battery jump-starts, tyre repair or replacement, spare key delivery, and lockout assistance. If a repair takes longer than 72 hours and the customer is over 100 km from home, Audi will also cover hotel accommodation.

To elevate the experience further, Audi has bundled in a set of premium features. Customers can initiate service requests through WhatsApp and receive live progress updates every 30 minutes during breakdown situations. Vehicles are covered with protective body wraps during service visits, and passengers are offered complimentary refreshments. In the event of a breakdown, automated email alerts are sent to the nearest Audi dealership to speed up response and resolution.
