Kia has unveiled the much-anticipated Kia Syros, an SUV that blends bold design, advanced technology, and cutting-edge safety features. Tailored for modern drivers, the Syros promises a seamless balance of style, comfort, and performance.

Dynamic Design

The Syros exudes confidence with its signature Digital Tiger Face grille, starmap LED lighting, and R17 crystal-cut alloy wheels. Details like streamlined door handles, puddle lamps with Kia logo projection, and robust skid plates enhance its striking appearance. Inspired by Kia’s latest design philosophy, the Syros combines bold aesthetics with functional innovation.

A Cabin Built for Comfort and Connectivity

Inside, the Syros offers first-in-segment rear sliding, reclining, and ventilated seats for a truly customisable experience. Dual-tone interiors with matte orange accents, a dual-pane panoramic sunroof, and ambient lighting in 64 colours create a sophisticated and inviting space.

At the heart of the cabin is the 76.2 cm (30”) Trinity Panoramic Display panel, integrating a fully digital instrument cluster and a touchscreen infotainment system. Seamless smartphone connectivity with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto ensures drivers stay connected. Kia’s Harman Kardon sound system, wireless charging, and Over-the-Air (OTA) updates further elevate the tech offering.

Uncompromised Safety Features

Safety is at the forefront, with Level 2 ADAS offering 16 autonomous driving aids, including Forward Collision Avoidance Assist, Lane Keep Assist, and Smart Cruise Control. The Syros also comes equipped with a 20-feature safety suite, featuring six airbags, Hill-Start Assist, Vehicle Stability Management, and a 360-degree camera.

Performance Designed for Versatility

Under the hood, the Syros offers two engine options:

  • 1.0-litre turbo petrol: 118 bhp, 17.5 kgm
  • 1.5-litre diesel: 114 bhp, 25.4 kgm

Transmission choices include a six-speed manual, a seven-speed DCT, and a six-speed automatic, catering to different driving preferences. Built on Kia’s reinforced K1 platform, the Syros combines structural integrity with smooth ride quality.

Unmatched Features for Everyday Convenience

The Syros is packed with segment-first features like rear seat ventilation, paddle shifters, and multiple drive modes (Eco, Normal, Sport). Practical elements such as a rear sunshade, a centre console with retractable cup holders, and adjustable headrests ensure convenience for both driver and passengers.

Versatile Trim Options and Competition

Available in six trims- the Syros provides a wide range of choices to meet diverse needs. The Kia Syros aims to deliver a blend of innovative design, advanced safety, and enhanced comfort. With its modern features and versatile performance, it seeks to meet the evolving expectations of its segment, competing with models such as the Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV300, and Maruti Suzuki Brezza. Bookings of the Kia Syros will be commencing from the 3rd of January, 2025.
