Bentley has teased its first fully electric vehicle, set for launch in 2026, a model which will also initiate Bentley’s electric arc!
The company planning to release one new electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle each year over the next decade and aims for a fully electric lineup by 2035.
The upcoming electric SUV will slot beneath the Bentayga in Bentley’s lineup, sharing the PPE electric platform with other Volkswagen Group SUVs, including the Audi Q6 e-tron and Porsche Macan Electric. This flexible platform supports various battery and motor configurations, including options for all-wheel drive and ultra-fast 800V charging.
Bentley’s design head, Robin Page, promises the model will retain traditional Bentley features while introducing a modern aesthetic that sets it apart from rivals like the Rolls-Royce Spectre coupe.
