This Independence Day is going to be a busy one for auto journalists… again. Ola Electric joins the likes of Classic Legends and Mahindra to make its big announcements on August 15. And the highlight of the EV maker’s event seems to be the electric motorcycle that has been teased.
The short video only reveals the headlight design which continues to be the twin projector unit, however, the LED DRLs flanking it have been revised to give it a more serious look. If you recall, none of Ola’s concept motorcycles had a face like this, but a glimpse of the ‘tank’ extensions in the teaser suggests that it is the roadster concept.

Ola Electric hasn’t revealed any details yet, but expect this e-motorcycle to be available in multiple trims, just like its S1 range of scooters. While the concept flaunted USD fork, dual discs at the front and single-sided swingarm, it is unlikely that these will be carried over to the production model.

The company has been known for its disruptive pricing, and this upcoming electric motorcycle should be no different. With the company going public and getting listed on the stock market just days before the launch, this product plays a key role for the company in the near future.
