More from Motoring

Inspired by India’s rich geographical and biological diversity and national parks, Tata Motors has launched a special edition for its SUV range — the Kaziranga Edition — and it has chosen India’s one-horned Rhino as the mascot.

This is just a cosmetic update, so you’ll only see visual changes in the form of a Rhino badge on the front fender, dual-tone black and beige exterior colour, faux-wood dashboard, beige coloured inserts in the interiors and embossed outlined torso of two rhinoceroses facing each other on the front headrests, among other things.

The Kaziranga Edition is only available on the top trims of Tata Punch, Nexon, Harrier and Safari. Following are the prices (all prices are ex-showroom, Delhi).

Punch: Rs 8.59 lakh
Nexon: Rs 11.79 lakh (Petrol)/ Rs 13.09 lakh (Diesel)
Harrier: Rs 20.41 lakh
Safari (seven-seater): Rs 21 lakh

Soon we shall share more pictures of the Kaziranga range when we see it in metal. In the meantime, do let us know what you think about it.
