Mahindra has launched a limited edition of the Scorpio, called the Adventure Edition.  Based on the S10 variant, but with a few more added features and exterior embellishments, the Adventure Edition has been priced at Rs 13.07 lakh (ex-showroom, without octroi, Navi Mumbai) for the two wheel drive variant. If mud-plugging is high on the agenda, Mahindra is offering the Adventure Edition with four wheel drive too, however with just 1000 examples on offer, the stocks are not going to last for long.

To make it stand out from the regular S10, the Adventure Edition gets a dual-tone paintjob, decals, smoked tail-lamps and integrated indicators in the rear view mirrors. Other than a  few more cosmetic additions like alloys with a gun metal finish and red brake callipers, the Adventure Edition also gets a rear view parking camera, an useful feature absent from the regular Scorpio range. At a minimal price difference over the regular S10, the Adventure Edition is worth it, provided you manage to get one.
