Ahead of the monsoon season, Renault has announced a service camp for all its customers. Called Renault Monsoon Camp, the after-sales service/check-up initiative will be organised at all authorised dealerships, for a period of seven days, that is from June 19 to the 25th.
Rains can be harsh on automobiles, and pre-season check-ups like this make a lot of sense. Apart from a complimentary check-up and body wash of the vehicle, there will be a 15 per cent discount on certain parts and accessories, a 10 per cent discount on Renault Select (Extended Warranty and Roadside Assistance programme), special offers on insurance renewals and certain tyre brands.
The company also mentions that there will be other ‘fun-filled’ activities, and a chance to win exciting prizes. Which means if your partner/family isn’t really into cars, they won’t get bored. Fair enough, considering a lot of people dread going to the service station because of the excruciatingly long hours spent in the waiting room. And just in case you thought there aren’t enough of those yet, Renault has plans to increase its sales and service network to 320 points by the end of this year.
