Tata Motors has had quite a start to 2021. The company only recently unveiled the all-new Safari and followed it up with the launch of the Altroz iTurbo. Now, Tata has launched a limited-edition variant of the Tiago, which is based on the XT trim. This particular variant has been priced at Rs 5.79 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), which is about Rs 30,000 more than the standard Tiago XT. Do note that the Tiago Limited Edition is only available with the five-speed manual gearbox.

What’s so different about this limited-edition Tiago? For starters, it gets 14-inch, blacked-out alloy wheels instead of the 14-inch steel wheels. Just so you know, the top end (XZ+) gets 15-inch alloy wheels. On the inside, the limited-edition model has a five-inch touchscreen infotainment system which gets additional features like voice commands, 3D navigation, reverse parking sensors with display and a rear parcel tray.

Other than that, the Tiago Limited Edition pretty much remains the same as the standard model. Those interested can choose from three colour options – Flame Red, Pearlescent White and Daytona Grey. The Tiago’s competition includes the Hyundai Santro, Maruti Suzuki Celerio and Datsun Go. Do you feel the limited-edition Tiago is worth the extra cash?
