Mercedes-Benz India has expanded the range (and appeal) of its C-Class line with the introduction of the new C-Class Cabriolet. It’s based on the new updated model, and boasts Multibeam LED headlamps, Aircap system that regulates airflow in the cabin, a 10.25-inch touchscreen system, and a BS-VI-ready in-line-four petrol engine.

Available in the C 300 spec, the engine makes 190 kW@5800-6100 rpm and 370Nm @1800-4000 rpm. The rear-wheel drive car comes with a 9-speed automatic gearbox, a top speed of 250 kph, and a 0-100 kph time of 6.2 seconds. Both figures are company-claimed.

There’s also an optional 64-colour ambient lighting, three new colour options for the body, 17-inch alloy wheels, walnut wood trim, etc. The company’s also mentioned that the cost of ownership of the car starts at just Rs 67,000 for two years. Talking of costs, if you’re looking to buy one, the new Mercedes-Benz C-Class Cabriolet is priced at Rs 65.25 lakh, ex-showroom, India.
