We’re big fans of the Kia Carnival, and any news about it tends to attract our attention. Here is said news, then. Kia India has decided to update the Carnival’s variant lineup here, and the 2021 model gets a new Limousine variant, in addition to featuring the brand’s new logo.

The Kia Carnival is now available in four variant options: Limousine+, Limousine, Prestige and Premium. The Limousine and Limousine Plus variants are only available as 7-seaters, whereas the Prestige variant is available in seven and nine-seat options. The Premium variant is available in both 7 and 8-seat options.

The Limousine variant offers additional features over the Prestige, naturally. These include the VIP premium leatherette seats (part of the reason we love this car) with leg support in the second row, a Smart Pure Air Purifier with Virus Protection, a 10.1-inch rear entertainment system for rear-seat occupants, an eight-inch AVNT with OTA map updates, UVO support system and ECM mirror.

The fully-loaded Limousine+ gets all this plus a Harman Kardon eight-speaker audio system, an electronic parking brake, ventilated driver seat, 10-way power driver seat, leather-wrapped steering wheel and gear knob, wood garnish, a 10.1-inch dual rear-seat entertainment system and a tyre pressure monitor,

The 2021 Kia Carnival gets 18-inch alloys as standard on all variants now. The leatherette seats are available on the Prestige, Limousine and Limousine+ (with VIP Seats). The base Carnival now starts at Rs 24.95 lakh and goes up to Rs 33.99 lakh for the Limousine+, and those are still excellent prices for what we think is the best MPV in the country.
