More from Motoring

The MY2019 Triumph Street Twin and the latest version of Street Scrambler have been announced at the ongoing Intermot. Both motorcycles now benefit from updated mechanicals, electronics, and even brakes.

The 900 cc parallel twin engine now makes 10 more bhp at 64 bhp while torque remains unchanged. Triumph has kitted the engine with a few new parts, which is largely why it makes more power now: clutch, camshaft, balancer shaft, and even engine and clutch covers.

The overall design remains unaltered, although there have been a few revisions here as well. Both get a new logo, new seat finish, among other things. But the entry-level Street Twin now gets new wheels and a new finish for the headlamp bracket.

There’s also an inclusion of new Road and Race riding modes. And most importantly out go the Nissin and in comes the new Brembo four-pot calliper for the front brakes. To further your penchant for customisation, Triumph offers about 120 accessories for the Street Scrambler and 140+ for the Street Twin.
