HMSI brought a change in the way we see scooters with the introduction of the Honda NAVi in 2016. This was complemented by a competition which let NAVi owners customise their vehicles and showcase those. Called #HondaNAViCustomania, it has finally come to an end, and the winners have been chose.

Out of the final 24 entries, Dhananjay Parihar won the first prize, a sum of Rs 2 lakhs as the prize money, and the chance to showcase his design at the 2018 Auto Expo. Ashiq Joseph Thomas, the runner up in the contest, won Rs 1 lakh. The contest also extended to web and app users (who weren’t Honda NAVi owners), and out of more than 5500 entries, Jyugaandh Veer Singh and Lalith Ankala were announced the winners.

Honda Motorcycle and Scooters India’s Senior VP, Sales and Marketing, Yadvinder Singh Guleria said, “NAVI’s unique design provides endless possibilities in customisation for young customers. Celebrating the spirit of customisation, NAVi Customania is a platform for youngsters to project their self-expression on two wheels. What is most interesting is to see is the trend of customisation being developed, not just in metros but smaller cities as well. We congratulate the well deserving winners and look forward to showcase their custom creations at Honda 2Wheelers India pavilion @ Auto Expo 2018!’
