With the completion of 25 years of the iconic Monster series, Ducati India has launched the upgraded version of the Monster 797, christened the Monster 797+. The motorcycle comes with an identical price tag as that of the regular Monster 797, which is Rs 8.03 lakh ex-showroom, India.
Just like the regular Monster 797, the 797+ carry forwards the same distinctive look of the iconic Ducati Monster keeping the true values of being sporty and compact intact. It’s also packed with the latest equipment and modern technology ensuring an enjoyable riding experience.
Apart from the kit offered on the Monster 797, the 797+ comes with an additional front fairing and a rear seat cowl. Both items are designed to match the fuel tank and the front mudguard. The company claims that the new front fairing enhances the aerodynamic protection for the rider thus improving overall riding comfort.
Managing Director of Ducati India, Sergi Canovas said, “We are constantly trying to give more to our customers. Since decades the Monster family has been upholding the elements of sportiness, fun and contemporary. Monster is an important family for Ducati’s portfolio and we are confident that Monster 821 and 797+ will excite the luxury biking enthusiasts in India.”
Along with the launch of the Monster 797+, Ducati also announced the start of the deliveries for the 2018 Monster 821 that was launched last month at Rs 9.51 lakh ex-showroom, India.
